Apply these ashes from your Vishuddhi (chakra or energy center located at the pit of the throat) down to the anahata (chakra located at the soft spot where the ribcage meets)
Consecrated in the sphere of Dhyanalinga for a certain period of time. Known for absorbing energies, these sacred threads are later offered to devotees as a Sutra to be tied around the wrist for 40 days.
It should be worn on the left wrist for women and right wrist for men for a minimum of 40 days.
