Return Policy

Returns
Consecrated items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Any damaged goods on arrival need to be reported by email within 48 hours.
Any other returns should be made within 7 days of purchase, shipping charges need to be prepaid by the customer. Please contact our customer service prior to the return, to advise them of the item that you are returning.
Note: any acceptable returns are required to be in 
original packaging and condition with labels attached where applicable, unworn and unused. Products where sealed boxes have been opened cannot be returned.

Refunds
Consecrated items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Approved refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 30 days of a written request. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If it has not yet been shipped, we will make every attempt to make sure that a cancelled order does not ship. Once the order is stopped we will issue a full refund within 30 days. In the event that you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped then you must follow the returns process with the shipping charges prepaid, in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges and banking fees are not refundable.
